LEVELS OF IMPACT
We serve schools, nonprofits, businesses, and government agencies. Our work helps both individuals and organizations build their organizational capacity, increase their effectiveness, and center and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our work impacts both the internal conditions of organizations and institutions, as well as the external work organizations aim to provide their stakeholders and communities.
OUR DEEPER WHY
We believe that showing up for our clients in every way imaginable strengthens our community. No matter how big or small, creating learning experiences that promote our healing, tackle multiple forms of oppression, and help us become our best selves is what makes our work impactful.
OUR VISION
Our vision is to build the organizational capacity and effectiveness of those we serve. We believe that supporting individuals and institutions to become their best selves ensures that they serve communities, particularly Black & Brown communities, in ways that we rightfully deserve.
WE GIVE BACK!
Examples of how
We provided a $15,000 donation to 3 rural traditional public school systems for instructional capacity-building needs. All 3 superintendents (SCS, DCS, and LCPS) are incredibly grateful for the ways this will enrich and impact both kids and ultimately their local communities.
We surprised Legacy Leadership Academy for Girls with $500 of programmatic resources to support their work empowering young girls & women across the city of New Orleans. LLAG is an amazing new nonprofit dedicated to supporting young girls AND their mothers through mentorship mad service.
During COVID-19, we surprised public school teachers across the U.S. with monetary gifts as one additional way of exercising our commitment to philanthropic giving as a Black owned, POC operated education & management consulting firm. They were completely shocked and truly grateful.
We provided a $3,000 grant to 5 Black and Brown female entrepreneurs to support their business development needs! Each social entrepreneur used their funds to expand their impact as consultants in order to help schools, nonprofits, businesses, and communities at large.
